This weekend marks Kabbalah of Life's eighth women's weekend at the stunning Vallevue Estate in Morristown, NJ. Women from varying backgrounds will travel from across the U.S. and Canada to participate in this special event.
Dancing and water aerobics classes with Chasha Rabinowitz

Knitting 101 with Marielle Messing
Knitting is a handcraft that reaches back thousands of years into the past, spanning centuries, cultures, and continents. Take your first step into this vibrant and creative world by learning how to cast on, knit, purl, and bind off. In this workshop, you will learn how to make a dish cloth and be given resources on where to find more beginner-level projects you can do at home, such as hats, scarves, and baby blankets. Yarn and knitting needles will be provided.

The lecture will be preceded by a talk with Rabbi Zalman Wolowik on "Listening to Life's Messages" at 8:00 PM.
Shabbaton on a Hilltop26 Jewish women from diverse backgrounds came together from May 14 to May 16 for Kabbalah of Life's Pre-Shavuos women's weekend. Collectively, they shared and cried, learned and laughed. Throughout the weekend there was a variety of workshops and activities to keep everyone entertained and enlightened. But most importantly, the women used the opportunity to relax, get away from the stresses of their daily lives, and gain insights that they could bring back with them to their families and communities.
"I can't tell you how much I enjoyed the weekend," enthused a participant who was already on her third weekend (and counting!) with Chana Ginsburg and Kabbalah of Life. "I am already looking forward to the next one!"
